Visit the DDL Design & Décor Lab showroom in Kramerville. Alternatively, book an on–site appointment with DDL Design & Decor Lab at a mutually convenient time.
On visiting the showroom or by call out a designer will obtain a brief and budget from you. Clients visiting the showroom will need to provide estimate measurements for quotes. For Onsite appointments,the designer will do the required measurements for the quotation.
Clients visiting the showroom will be presented with an assortment of fabric options. The designer will also guide you through additional requirements such as Curtain header, rails, rods, finials, decorative details and ideas. On–site appointment clients will have a presentation created for them and presented at our showroom at a mutually convenient time.
Once the requirements, fabric selection, design, hardware, and details have been confirmed with the consultant. We will provide the client with a detailed quote. Quotes will be emailed to the client within a 1 to 3-working day period.
As all Bespoke curtains and blinds are bespoke. A deposit will be required on acceptance of your quote. The deposit amount will be advised on your quote.
Your order will begin manufacturing as per the lead times advised on the quote. (Subject to fabric availability, if there are any delays this will be communicated to the client) Once an order is ready to install our design team will liaise with the client and arrange to install on a date convenientto both parties.
